As you know, we’re focusing on all things Humana this month. One of the most extraordinary things about Humana is their Iora Primary Care model. It offers a completely new and different experience for both patients and their caregivers. After personally touring an Iora facility and seeing the differences firsthand, we are convinced that an Iora tour would be an insightful experience for WAP agents as well.
So, we are asking you to join us next Thursday, March 16, beginning at 9:30 a.m. for a group WAP tour that lasts approximately one hour. You can join a WAP tour at one of these two IORA locations:

How to Assign a Client to Iora Primary Care
A few of you have asked for clarification on how to assign a patient to Iora on the Sales application. All doctors at an Iora location have the same PCP #.
- PCP First Name: Iora Primary Care
- PCP Last Name: Location (e.g., Greenway, Peoria, Higley, Ellsworth, Indian School)
- PCP #:
- Greenway – 259056
- Peoria – 259058
- Higley – 267654
- Ellsworth – 267655

Then simply have the client call to schedule an appointment with the physician of their choice. If your client is not ready to make a change right then, please remember that all of their locations are accepting new patients! We encourage anyone who is interested to take a tour before they make a decision.
